Introduction

Energetic healing is a term used for techniques and processes, which are designed to eliminate dis-ease, disharmony and imbalance within the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

We are all made up of much more than just our physical bodies. Our chakras, the energy centres, and subtle bodies, the energy fields around us, work together to form our subtle anatomy. When an imbalance or disturbance occurs within our subtle anatomy it can lead to physical imbalances, pain or discomfort, poor health, a loss of drive, purpose or direction, or simply just a feeling that something is not “right”.

Based in Blofield Heath near Norwich, Norfolk I provide Reiki, Crystal Healing, Energy Interference Patterning (EIP) and massage. Sessions take place in my therapy room, or I can travel to your home by prior arrangement.
